Q: I can’t see the NEW Noodlebox Rewards program in my app?

A: If your phone does not automatically update your apps to their most current version, simply go to your app store and update the app manually.

Q: Where did my points go, I thought I had more?
A: On May 15, 2023, Noodlebox implemented a points expiry policy to our REWARDS program. All points older than 1 year (12 months) will expire. Points earned will now expire on a rolling 12 months basis. You can see when points are about to expire in the Noodlebox Canada App, DETAILS page.

Q: How do I redeem my rewards?
A: You can redeem your reward discounts when placing an order in the Noodlebox Canada App, when you place an order on noodlebox.ca (when logged in with your rewards account email) or when you scan your app when ordering in one of our restaurants.

You can redeem ONE reward per transaction ($2, $5 or $10). Rewards can not be stacked.

Q: I picked up my order and it is incorrect/ I am unhappy with my order?

A: The best, and fastest way to get this resolved is to contact the Noodlebox you ordered from directly. Head to our LOCATIONS dropdown menu for store contact information.

Q: I do not remember my password. How do I retrieve it?

A: On the SIGN IN screen of the Noodlebox Canada App OR when placing a mobile order on noodlebox.ca click “Forgot Password”. Enter the email used to create your Noodlebox REWARDS account. You will receive an email with a RESET CODE to enter into the app or website to reset your password.
