  • GiveX(SHIFT4): Powers online ordering functionality and provides integrated payment support.

  • UEAT: Provides our online ordering platform, enabling customers to place food orders easily.

Marketing & Communications:

  • MailChimp: Delivers marketing campaigns and communications via email and automation tools.

  • OpenTable: Manages restaurant reservations; may collect customer contact and payment information.

  • Libro: Manages restaurant reservations; collects customer contact information including email and phone number.

Loyalty and Gift Card Providers:

  • Paytronix: Facilitates our loyalty rewards programs, allowing customers to earn and redeem points.

  • Data Candy : Provides loyalty program services for brands such as Copper Branch.

  • GiveX(SHIFT4): Offers gift card and stored value solutions across participating restaurants.

  • Mirego : Develops loyalty applications for brands such as Archibald.

Social Media :

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Used for customer engagement, communication, and advertising.

  • TikTok: Used for customer engagement and brand awareness through video content.

  • Snapchat: Used for customer engagement and brand awareness through video content.

  • X (Twitter): Used for customer engagement, communication, and advertising.

Operational Tools :

  • Veloce: Provides sales reporting services to support operational analysis and business insights.

  • MicroAge : May provide IT infrastructure or support services across multiple systems.

  • Pinnacle : May provide IT infrastructure or support services across multiple systems.

  • Captain AI : Supports delivery logistics by assigning drivers through platforms like Uber Direct.

Government agencies: Exceptionally, we may provide personal information to certain governmental agencies or bodies who do not act on our behalf, but who request it under applicable laws.
