We collect and use the personal information of our customers as reasonably necessary to facilitate our interactions with you (e.g. customer service/relations), enhance your experience in our restaurants, and to enable and enhance your participation in the rewards program. We are committed to handling your personal information in a manner that respects your privacy. What type of information do we collect?
We may collect the following personal information including: name, mailing address, phone number, email address, financial account information, such as credit card number and other payment information.
We may also collect additional information about you in certain circumstances, such as:
If you create an account on our app - your username, password, address, birthday (optional) and phone number will be collected.
If you are a rewards program account holder, we will link your personal information to your purchase activity made using all registered rewards numbers. We will use your personal information to assign eligible rewards to your reward balance.
If you use our app to buy goods, information such as your device ID, your location and stores near you and visited by you may be collected.
How is this information used?
We may use information about you to:
Process payments and manage your use of our products and services, including your accounts and program participation;
Prevent fraud and protect the security of information, accounts and transactions with us;
Communicate with you about your orders, subscriptions or purchases, your services, accounts and program participation, a contest you have entered, and your requests for information; and
If you choose to receive information, we may email you, send you push notifications, and/or text you information about our products and special offers.
Do we share personal information with third parties?
We may share certain personal information with companies that provide support services to us (such as credit card processors, mailing houses or website hosts) when and as necessary to enable/facilitate us to provide you with our products and services in a convenient and cost-effective manner. These companies may use information about you to perform their functions on our behalf. We have no control over third party sites and resources and we are not responsible for and do not endorse such sites and resources.
We may disclose specific information (i) upon lawful request, in response to legal process, and when required to comply with laws, (ii) to enforce our agreements, corporate policies, and terms of use or (iii) to protect the rights, our property or safety, our employees, agents, customers, and others. By providing your personal information to us, you consent to the collection, transfer and processing of your personal information and agree that your personal information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts or law enforcement in Canada.
We do not sell personal information, including contact information, to third parties. We will also not otherwise provide personal information to third parties for commercial use, except as described above to enable us to provide requested services to you.
If you participate in any blog or other online forum on our website, any personal information that you post can be shared with site visitors.
When you interact with our rewards program, we also receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. We may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents or service providers.

We take reasonable steps to maintain appropriate physical, technical and administrative security to help prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of personal information. While we take these reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information, no system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
